Direction 

1.    .soak seedless date in hotwater for an hour stir with spoon until become paste .

2.    preheat oven to 180 degree.

3.    .in large bowl bite egg with sugar for 8 minutes until become light.

4.    . add oil and cream.

5.    .mixed all dry ingredient together and sift once

6.    .add to bowl mixed gently,make sure all ingredients combine well.

7.     add into cakepan

8.    add grated almond

9.    bake in the prheated oven for 45 minutes, or unitl a toothpick inerted into the center of the cake

10.   comes out clean.remove cake form oven 


Making sauce 

half cup sugar 

(puck cream (170gm 

2   table spoon butter 

 in low heat put sugar in sauce pan until brown 

  .add puck cream and switch off the heat continuous stir then add butter
